高岭土制备聚合氯化铝净水剂的研究

摘要: 本文介绍了以高岭土为原料制备高效聚合氯化铝混凝剂的方法。研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及盐酸浓度、酸浸时间等条件的影响,确定了制备聚合氯化铝混凝剂的条件:高岭土于65.0℃~80.0℃焙烧2.0~2.5小时,常压下10.0℃时用15%~20%的盐酸浸取2.0~ 3.0小时;矿粉投加比1.0~1.5。制得聚合氯化铝,其Al2O3含量12.46%,Fe2O3含量0.31%,密度1 2 87g/cm3,碱化度55.6%。Abstract: A new technology of producing polymeric aluminum chloride coagulant from kaolin has been presented in this paper.The influence of process parameters such as roasting temperature、roasting time、concentration of hydrochloric acid、time of acid immersion are studied,the conditions of producing PAC are determined:The kaolin roasts in 650℃~800℃ for 2.0~2.5 hours;then is immersed 15%~20% hydrochloric acid for 2~3 hours at 100℃ in normal pressure;the proportion of kaolin to acid is 1.0∶1.0~1.5.The coagulant contains Al2O3 12 46%,Fe2O3 0.31%,density 1.287g/cm3,alkalinity 55 6%.
