Abstract: From 2010 to 2014,the Ministry of Land and Resources,the land and resources department in provincial (autonomous regional and municipalities) levels supervised and administration the qualification of geological exploration work,which achieved fruitful results.Through supervision and administration,these work played an important role in strengthening the management of exploration activities,maintaining the exploration market order,improving the quality of geological exploration,promoting the development of geological exploration industry.This paper introduces the current situation of registration,supervision and administration work of geological exploitation qualification.We identify some existing problems like in timely cancellation of the qualification certificate practicing exploitation work beyond legal range,attaching not enough importance to quality management,low in the quality of geological exploration annual practicing report,applying qualification behind time.Based on these analysis,we address these proposals:intensify education and training in order to improve the quality of supervision and administration personnel's business level and ability,strengthen supervision and innovate the ways in doing so,value quality management,to guarantee and maintain geological exploration work quality,give full play to the role of administrative department of land and resources in community and rural levels.In the face of new normal,we should promote supervision and administration of the geological exploration work and countermeasures.
