新疆某含金银氧化铜矿试验研究

Experimental research on a oxide copper containing gold and silver in Xinjiang

摘要: 新疆某金铜矿主要回收元素为金和铜,并伴生回收银。铜以孔雀石为主,氧化率为98%。金以裸露和半裸露金为主,占57.41%,其次为包裹金。经浮选及浸出流程试验及条件试验研究,采用金铜混合浮选流程及适宜工艺条件、药剂制度,在原矿含铜2.56%含金5.6g/t的条件下,获得混合精矿金、铜和银品位分别为48.15 g/t、16.16%、114g/t,金、铜,银的回收率分别为92.51%、74.23%、75.61%的指标。浮选尾矿进行酸浸,铜浸出率达90%以上,铜总回收率97%以上。

Abstract: The main useful element is copper,gold and silver.the malachite is main copper mineral,oxidation rate of copper is about 98%.The main existing state of gold are bare gold and half bare gold,the next is packing gold'.through test following index is obtain,for grade of gold,copper,silver being 48.15g/t,16.16%,114g/t,and of recovery of gold,copper,silver being 92.51%,74.23%,75.61%,on the condition of grade of gold,copper,silver being 5.6g/t,2.56%,17.72g/t in crude by gold-copper mixed flotation flowsheet and reasonable technology and medicament system.the leaching rate of copper is above 90% by leaching flotation gangue,the tall recovery of copper is above 97%.
