Abstract:
China's Mining intermediary organizations consist of 5parts, mineral resource reserves and value appraisal organizations, notary agencies, mining right transaction intermediaries, mining consulting agencies and mining self-regulatory organizations. Based on the analysis made on the status and characteristics of China's Mining intermediaries, the paper came to the conclusion that inside problems hinder the development of the industry as single business, weak capabilities in providing professional services, lack of sense of risks, low level of credibility as well as outside ones. Efforts also need to be done for improvement of legal protection, relationship adjustment with governments and activation of mineral right market, etc. Proposals are made on several aspects as enhancing government's support, regulating the industry, strengthening research on technical theories, speeding up the cultivation of talents and improving credibility construction to meet the need of social economic development.
