摘要: 寺河煤矿采用6.2m大采高综采一次采全高的采煤工艺,工作面进入末采阶段(工作面沿推进方向不足150m)易发生大面积煤壁片帮和端面冒顶事故。为了解决上述技术难题,在详细分析工作面围岩结构的基础上,针对性地提出水泥浆液预注浆控制工作面围岩垮落技术,采取6m浅孔堵漏注浆和12m深孔高压注浆相结合的施工工艺,保证了工作面的顺利推进和安全生产。Abstract: By using 6.2meter full-seam mining technology in SiHemine,working face with large height in the end of mining stage(less than 150meters)will prone to happen slide and roof falling.In order to solve the technical problem,the cement grouting reinforement prevention and control technology were adopted on the basis of detailed analysis of rock structure.Taking the construction technology of combination of 6mshallow-hole plugging grouting and 12mdeep-hole high pressure grouting,we achieved smooth progress and safety in production of working face.
