不同粒度对赤铁矿可浮性的影响

    Study on the size effect on hematite particles in flotation

    • 摘要: 通过赤铁矿纯矿物浮选试验,研究了不同粒度对赤铁矿可浮性的影响,测定了不同粒度对捕收剂YSB的吸附量,并对不同粒径赤铁矿颗粒进行了矿粒-气泡的碰撞概率与上浮概率计算。研究结果表明,4种不同粒度赤铁矿均在转速为1900r/min,矿浆浓度为20%,pH=6~7,捕收剂YSB用量为25mg/L条件下浮选回收率达到最大值,但平均粒度10.05μm粒度的回收率要低于其它3个粗粒度。同时当颗粒的粒径降低为15μm时,矿粒-气泡的碰撞概率仅为0.35%,上浮概率为1.38%,导致浮选回收率大幅度降低。

       

      Abstract: The size effect of hematite particles in flotation was studied by the pure mineral flotation experiments.The adsorption capacity of collector YSB on different grain size hematite was measured.At the same time,the flotation collision probability of particle and bubble and floating probability of different sizes hematite were calculated in theory.The results showed that the four different particle size of hematite were in speed for 1900r/min,slurry concentration is 20%,pH=6~7,collecting agent YSB dosage of 25mg /L under the condition of flotation recovery rate reaches the maximum value,but-15 μm size fractions of recovery rate is lower than that of the other three coarse.Also when the particle size is reduced to 15 μ m,the collision probability of mineral particles and the bubble is only 0.35%,floating probability is1.38%,resulting in recovery rate is greatly reduced.
