煤炭开采业技术进步贡献率测算:基于“十五”和“十一五”期间的比较

Technological progress contribution rate calculation of coal mining industry:Comparison between the 10^th and 11^th Five-year period

摘要: 在对C-D生产函数进行修正的基础上,使用索罗余值法,通过运用2000～2010年间煤炭开采业的时间序列数据进行测算,得到了我国"十五"和"十一五"期间的技术进步贡献率。结果显示,我国煤炭开采业劳动投入和资本投入的弹性系数分别是0.5497和0.3806,符合规模报酬递减的行业特点;"十五"期间和"十一五"期间的技术进步贡献率分别是40.01%和37.85%。

Abstract: The technological progress contribution rate of coal mining industry is calculated based on time series data from 2000 to 2010 with Solow residual method.The results show that the elasticity coefficient of labor input and capital investment are 0.5497 and 0.3806.And the technological progress contribution rate of coal mining industry during 10^th five-year period and 11^th five-year period are 40.01%and 37.85% respectively.
