摘要: 危机矿山是指在矿区范围内可供开采的保有储量濒临枯竭、后备资源严重不足、面临闭坑或破产的矿山。危机矿山问题及由其产生的"四矿"问题,已严重影响我国矿业的可持续发展和社会稳定。本文着重从资源综合利用和储量动态管理的角度,探讨解决或缓解危机矿山问题的途径和对策。

Abstract: The resources crisis mines are defined as those which be faced with producible reserves exhausted and on the brink of bankruptcy. The problem of resources crisis mines is a serious problem that have an adverse effect on the sustainable development of mining industry and social stability. The authors discuss the way and countermeasure to resolve the problem of resources crisis mines in the eyes of comprehensive utilization and dynamic management of mineral resources.
