Abstract: In order to further promote smooth flow among mineral resources,assets and capital,and create better conditions for risk exploration enterprise financing to find more and more mineral resources,building exploration risk capital market is an important way.On the basis of sufficient researches on the factors such as risk capital market listing standards,funding sources,agency system,the government support measures of main risk exploration capital market,this article will analyze the conditions of risk exploration capital market construction in China,and propose to build risk exploration capital market to realize mutual transformation as well as smooth flow among mineral resources,assets and capital.Also the improvement of such aspects as the property rights system,market main body,the regulatory system should be done and importance should be attached to the construction of credit system and the coordination and communication among government departments.
