原位聚合制备蒙脱土/聚丙烯纳米复合材料的影响因素研究

    Effects on preparation of montmorillonite/polyproplene nanocomposites viain-situ polymerization

    • 摘要: 通过复合催化剂原位聚合制备蒙脱土/聚丙烯纳米复合材料。聚合过程分为均相催化剂预聚和非均相催化剂聚合两步。预聚是解决蒙脱土剥离并均匀分散的关键,较低的预聚温度有利于蒙脱土片层的剥离。此外,催化剂的加入次序也影响蒙脱土片层的剥离程度;聚合温度是影响催化活性和分子量的主要因素。随着聚合温度升高,催化活性先升高后降低,存在最佳温度值。温度小于70℃时,分子量随聚合温度的升高而降低。

       

      Abstract: The results show that layers of MMT partially exfoliated and dispersed in polypropylene resin.The influences of polymerization conditions on the structure of nanocomposite are discussed.Lower prepolymerization temperature is favored and there exists optimized temperature considering of catalyzing activity.Molecular weight of products decreases as the polymerization temperature increases below 70℃.
