Abstract: As the large-scale coal bases,coordinated development between coal resource development,economic development and ecological development of Xin jiang has great practical significance in the development of Chinese economy.This article describes the basic situation in Xinjiang coal base,by building resources-economic-environmental development evaluation index system,and application of a multisystem coupling coordination models,estimates the coordinated development level of economic-energyeco-environmental development in Xinjiang coal base,ultimately raise the coordinated development of Xinjiang's coal base recommendations,such as the economic system optimization,the establishment of resources and ecological compensation mechanism,the establishment of the coal pollution charges and transaction systems.
