轮胎全寿命管理系统在煤矿安全管理中的应用

    • 摘要: 本文对轮胎全寿命管理系统在煤矿中的应用做出研究,针对现有国产轮胎技术水平的限制,将巨型轮胎安全管理中存在的问题进行分析;为解决问题提出最佳的解决方案;通过对轮胎现场使用情况的统计分析,与轮胎全寿命管理系统对轮胎使用过程中动态温度、压强、运行速度、路面情况、卡车超载等实时监测的功能进行系统分析对比,得出最佳的轮胎管理方案。轮胎全寿命管理系统的使用不但能有效提高轮胎的使用寿命、降低燃油损耗,对行车安全更是意义非凡,经过一年的试用神华北电胜利能源露天矿山未发生爆胎事故。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the application of tire life-cycle management system in coal mine,make research on the limitation of existing domestic tire technology level,the safety management of giant tires in the analysis of existing problems;The best solution to solve the problems;Through the statistical analysis of tire site usage,and tire life-cycle management system of tire in the process of using dynamic temperature,pressure,speed,road conditions,such as trucks overloaded function of real-time monitoring system analysis comparison,it is concluded that the best tyre management solution.The use of tire life-cycle management system not only can effectively improve the service life of tires,to reduce the fuel consumption,is more significant on the traffic safety,after a year of trial shenhua energy nortel victory in open-pit mine not blowout accident.
