王庄煤矿超大断面洞室围岩稳定性及支护技术研究

    Research on the stability and supporting technology of the super-large section tunnel in Wangzhuang coal mine

    • 摘要: 以王庄煤矿支架换装硐室为例,根据现场观测及围岩钻孔窥视,分析了超大断面硐室围岩破坏的5种类型;为了解决超大断面硐室围岩破坏问题,根据王庄煤矿地质工程条件,提出了"锚网索喷+浇注钢筋混凝土+全断面注浆"支护技术方案;通过现场工业性试验和围岩表面变形观测可知,该支护方案对于控制超大断面硐室围岩变形具有很好效果,能够保证硐室长期的正常使用。

       

      Abstract: By Wangzhuang coal mine for an example,the five destroying types of the super-large section roadway are analyzed based on the field observations and the rock drilling.In order to solve the damage of the super-large section roadway surrounding rock,according to the geological condition of Wangzhuang coal mine,the support technology program of the bolt-anchor and reinforced concrete and grouting was submitted.Through the industrial experiment and observation of the rock surface deformation,the support program can control the deformation of the super-large section roadway rock,and can guarantee the roadway normal using.
