Abstract: Analyzing the macroenvironment in South Africa,this paper deals with Anglogold's developing experience,orientation and her developing patterns to be the largest gold mining company as well.According to the study on the company's chances and challenges,the author proposes us five aspects advice on the developing of gold companies in China.that is national policies'supporting,environmental protection,technology innovation,brand making and full playing the role of China Mining Industry Association.
