对中美能源合作前景的思考

Research of energy cooperation actuality and countermeasures between China and America

摘要: 世界能源供需矛盾进一步加剧,能源供给安全已成为各国面临的重大问题。中美两国均为世界能源生产和消费大国,两国进行能源合作和交流对双方乃至世界都具有重要意义。本文首先从合作共识、合作机制和合作内容三方面,阐述了中美能源合作现状;接着分析认为尽管存在一些不利于双方合作的因素,但是在共同应对能源紧缺、环境恶化问题以及双方优势互补、共同维护能源供应安全方面,中美有着广阔的合作前景。要推动中美能源合作进一步发展,维护两国的共同利益,必须要加强政治互信、完善合作机制、及时化解矛盾并且加强清洁能源合作。

Abstract: As the contradiction between supply and demand of energy becomes sharper, energy security has been the same problem many countries are faced with. America and China are the first and second country of energy consuming, energy cooperation is important for both. China-US energy cooperation is benefit for each other especially for China; it also does well to the world.
