Abstract: Based on the empirical analysis of several large-scale mining enterprises home and abroad, especially the metallurgical mine enterprises, the authors summarized the differences between domestic enterprises and the overseas enterprises, complied with the trend of internationalization and diversification, the development direction of large-scale mining enterprise was proposed.
