金属矿缓倾斜薄矿脉深井开采临时支护新技术应用

摘要: 介绍了水压支柱的工作原理和技术特性,给出了最小初撑力、额定工作阻力和支护网度等支护参数的计算方法。并分析了水压支柱在湘西金矿深井缓倾斜薄矿脉开采中的试验情况,实践证明水压支柱支护采空区顶板,极大地改善了采空区顶板的受力情况,维护了采空区顶板的稳定,为落矿、运搬及充填作用提供了良好的安全作业环境,可大大提高采场生产能力,其良好的让压性能可以防止岩爆的发生。Abstract: The basic principle and technical characteristic of hydraulic prop are presented,the calculation methods of timbering parameters for the smallest setting load,the rated sustaining resistance as well as the proper space between hydraulic prop are obtained.The result by which hydraulic prop has been applied in deep slightly inclined thin ore vein in Xiangxi Gold Mine shows that the stability of stope roof is improved,throughput of stope is increased,furthermore rockburst may be prevent for its good rapid yield characteristic.
