基于云物元模型的国内矿山项目并购风险评估研究

    Merger and acquisition risk assessment for domestic mining projects based on cloud matter element model

    • 摘要: 为了评估国内矿山项目并购风险,首先对国内矿山项目并购的主要风险因素进行了识别,在此基础上构建了评估指标体系,通过Delphi法确定了指标权重;其次将云模型引入到物元分析中,建立了基于云物元模型的国内矿山项目并购风险评估模型;最后以国内A矿山集团并购B公司钨矿项目为例进行应用,利用Matlab软件计算了各评估指标对属于各风险等级的关联度。研究结果表明:产业风险、市场风险和财务风险等级评估为一般;矿产资源风险等级评估为低;该项目总风险等级评估为一般。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of identification of major risk in merger and acquisition of domestic mining projects, establishment of the evaluation index system and determination of weight by Delphi method, this article introduces cloud model to matter element analysis, therefore, put forward a risk assessment model on merger and acquisition of cloud matter element model based domestic project; taking the merger of Tungsten project of company B by Mining Group A as an example, the article uses Matlab to compute relevancy of each evaluation index on risk levels. A conclusion is drawn that the risk grade on industry, market and finance is general; mineral resources, low and the overall risk evaluation of the project is general.
