Abstract: On the basis of area geological environment,structure,stratum,rock property and hydrological geological condition of shuichang open-pit mine,the paper marked off slope rock mass engineering geology rock group and analyzed the structure of slope rock mass.It is determined that the structure type of the slope rock mass and the slope destruction by the combination of the rock mass structure characteristic and structure face contact state and theslope configuration,this analysis provided the basis of slope engineering stability analysis and slope reinforcement in times to come.
