塌陷空区治理及稳定性分析

    Control and stability analysis of subsided mined-out area

    • 摘要: 毛坪铅锌矿在采矿活动中,地下空区发生了垮塌,导致矿区地表边坡出现多处塌陷坑及裂缝,危及了地表的安全,影响了井下矿体的回采。对山坡坍陷开展工程地质调查,并分析其成因,提出井下塌陷空区采取充填及封闭处理,对地表塌陷坑进行高、低压注浆加固固结充填体,并清理地表危岩。采用数值模拟的方法,进行了空区治理前及空区治理后的稳定性对比分析。分析结果认为矿山采用的治理方法能够保证矿山地表稳定,保障矿山深部矿体的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: Underground mined-out area collapse caused by mining activities in Maoping lead-zinc mine leads to surface subsidence and cracks,endangers the safety of surface and affects the mining of orebody.A series of treatment measures which include filling and closing collapsed mined-out area,reinforcing filling body by using high and low pressure grouting from surface and cleaning up the dangerous rock on the surface have been adopted to control mined-out area.Stability analysis and evaluation are carried out for the situations before and after the treatment of mined-out area by using numerical simulation.The analysis results considers that the treatment measures adopted by Maoping lead-zinc mine could guarantee the stability of surface and safety mining of deep orebody.
