Abstract: Since China entered the medium-term industrialization,many issue focus occurred,such as the continued growing dependence on foreign for mineral resources,the adverse mineral resources in international trade status,lower industrial concentration,the extensive development and utilization of mineral resources and the serious mining and environmental pollution,that will threat to thesecurity of mineral resources,environmental security and economic security.Facing up to the severe situation,Chinese mining companies should adopt various measures to safeguard the security of mineral resource,ecology security and economy security.First,the mining companies should further promote the merger and reorganization of the mining companies,bigger and stronger mining;Second,it is necessary to implement green mines and mining enterprises intensive management strategy,mining development and economic and social harmony and balanced development;Third,we must further promote the "going out" strategy to expand overseas sources of mineral resources.
