Abstract:
In order to solve the main prblems in human resource management mines facing, accroding to current situation of mine human resource management and contemporary human resource managenmet idea, main principles of human resource management information system system design is put forward as prospective, adaptable, mutual promoting, flexible and expansibility. The human resource management information system can be divided into 9 modules as employment contracts management, information of total employees management, industrial injury management, training managenmet, performance evaluation and salary distribution management, leaders personel management, archives management, information publishing and system setting management oriented by employee contracts and characteristics of mine business. Human resource management information system can deal with redeployment on line, superse the employment conditon, put an end to the reemployed of the unqualified, provide the statistics of categories of the employers and support decison. Mine human resource management information system can improve the efficiency of human resource management of mine and in turn promote the improment of total mangement in mine.
