Abstract: The "Mineral Resources Law" which is amended in 1996 and other regulations constituted the legal system of the transfer of mining rights, mining right market has been progressing for many years, but there some problems.Firstly,the thesis briefly reviews China's mining right market reform process, introduces the general situation of China's mining right market, and then analyzes the current problems and the causes of China's mining right market, finally put forward some proposals on how to solve these problems.
