Abstract: Importance of ecological effect appraise of mining exploitation was put forward combining characteristics of mining exploitation effect on regional ecological environment. Three-layered indexes system of mining exploitation ecological effect appraise was established composed of the goal layer, principle layer and index layer focused on both macro and micro aspects in this study.
