特大采空区近区开采的稳定性分析

摘要: 广东大宝山矿由于民采泛滥,在井下形成了大小不一的众多空区。其中576特大采空区高达数百万m3,在其北部有大量矿体赋存,开采迫在眉睫。为避免冲击地压及塌陷隐患,必须对576空区进行处理。提出用废石充填576采空区的方案并且正在实施。应用ANSYS三维有限元程序研究了采空区处理前的围岩应力应变情况,分析了采空区在充填处理后其对近区开采的影响。结论表明,采空区在未经处理前,围岩表现为局部应力集中,空区顶部拉应力集中,在充填处理后,应力集中程度明显减小,应变程度也得到遏制,安全隐患得到消除,近区开采得以保证。Abstract: Big and small stoped out areas were made under the well because of unlicensed mining by native in Dabaoshan Ming Co.Ltd.,it is urgent to exploitation plentiful ore in the north of one of the largest stoped out areas called 576,which comes to millions of steres.So it is very necessary to deal with 576 stoped out area in order to avoid the hidden trouble caused by rock burst and landslide,and the project that waste backfill was putting in practice.This paper studies the stress-strain of rock before the management for 576 stoped out area and analyses the effect to mining near the 576 stoped out area when completing the filling using ANSYS.It is proved that the status of stress and strain was improved when completing filling than what before unfilling,which guarantees the mining near the stoped out areas.
