Abstract: This paper decides to adopt the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the trusteeship management in coal preparation plants.On the basis of establishing evaluation index system between each others,it constructs the hierarchical structure model to evaluate the operational of both parties,confirms the weight of each index in coal preparation plant by AHP,and makes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the overall operating condition of coal preparation plant.By using percentile scoring principle,it can evaluate all levels of indicators and the operating condition of coal preparation plant systematically and scientifically.The research provides references for the evaluation of trusteeship management in coal preparation plant and other enterprises,and has better application.
