Abstract: In the context of ecological civilization construction and macro-economic fluctuations,more and more small and medium-sized coal enterprises (SMCEs) lead to transformation actively or positively oriented to green and intensive development.Due to the resources constrains and the restriction of boundary,the practice of large-scale coal enterprise is difficult to be applied to the SMCEs.According to the typical traits and actual situation of the SMCEs,we analyze the scientific connotation of green sustainable development of SMCEs.On the basis of systematically summarizing the practice of Jingfang Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.,we propose a green sustainable development mode of SMCEs which consists of five development ideas,three strategic factors and nine management models.Finally,we systematically analyze the science of the mode,and expound the reference value and significance of it for the other SMCEs.
