某锡铁矿选矿厂选矿工艺优化研究与实践

Reform and practice of iron and tin concentrator plant mineral processing in inner mongolia area

摘要: 内蒙某地锡铁矿属于低贫锡铁矿石,其主要可回收的元素为铁和锡。本文通过对内蒙某地锡铁矿选矿厂进行选矿工艺技术改造,使铁精矿品位由原来的52%提高到现在的64.5%,同时也实现了锡元素的有效回收,获得锡精矿品位13.06%、回收率为30.57%的指标。

Abstract: Some iron and tin ore in inner mongolia are belongs to lean ore, the main elements in recovery of ore are iron and tin. The paper introduces a series of technical reform of mineral processing in inner mongolia area. The new mineral processin can improve iron concentrates grade from 52% to 64.5% and get tin concentrates grade of 13.06% and tin recovery of 30.57%.
