Abstract: A laboratory study was performed on the feasibility of minng a gold ore body n the south of China by leaching.The results show that leaching with sodium cyanide is feasible.Effects of the concentrations of sodium cyanide and oxidant,the rate of liquid to solid(L/w) on leaching results have been discussed.The leaching rate of gold was more than 90%.The technics parameters and condtions have been obtained and can be used for field tests.
