石膏类相似材料的配比试验研究

    Study on the mixing proportion test of similar material gypsum

    • 摘要: 根据地质力学模型试验的相似原理,针对石膏类相似材料的配比进行试验研究。材料有石膏粉、石英砂、水泥、聚丙烯纤维和水,试件按规定配比均匀拌合并压实脱模而成。对模型标准试件进行单轴抗压强度试验和直剪试验等材料力学参数测试,探讨各相似材料成分配比对试件σcγE的影响特征,选取适合大型地质力学模型试验的配比值,为一次性浇注大尺寸模型试件做准备。该材料具有重度可调、力学参数变化范围广、性能稳定、价格低廉、干燥快速、制作工艺简单、无毒无害等特点。

       

      Abstract: Based on similar principle of the geomechanical model test,the ratio of similar material gypsum were targeted tested.The similar material gypsum is mainly constituted by gypsum powder,quartz sand,cement,polypropylene fiber,and water.Specimen is made in accordance with the provisions of the ratio,uniform mixing and then is stripped by compaction.Uniaxial compressive strength tests and direct shear tests are made with the standard test specimen for obtaining mechanical parameters of the similar materials.Exploring the influence of each chemical composition on σcγ and E.The purpose is electing suitable ratio value for large-scale geomechanical model test and preparing for a one-time casting size model specimen.Similar material gypsum has the character of severe adjustable,wide range of mechanical parameters,stable performance,low price,quick drying,simple fabrication process and non-toxic harmless.
