环境友好型地浸采铀工艺技术与应用

    Application of the environment friendly technology of in-situ leaching of uranium

    • 摘要: 论述了某CO2和O2地浸采铀矿山在建设环境友好型铀矿山过程中应用的工艺技术及应用情况,其中关键技术包括地下水无污染循环技术、溶浸范围的控制技术和工艺废水的减量化技术(沉淀母液的循环利用技术、转型废水的反渗透减容技术)。通过工业性试验和生产取得了良好的效果,表面放射性污染及氡及其子体浓度符合国家标准,使CO2和O2地浸采铀工艺成为了绿色、环保安全的铀矿采冶技术。

       

      Abstract: The application and technology used in the construction of environment friendly uranium mine by means of CO2 and O2 in-situ leach mining are discussed,including the key techniques such as the non-polluted groundwater circulation,the leaching area controlling as well as volume reduced of industrial waste water(precipitation liquor recycling,reverse osmosis treatment of transformation waste water).The favorable results are obtained in industrial test and production,the concentration of superficial radioactive contamination of radon and its daughters is controlled to meet the state standard,therefore,making the technology of CO2 and O2 in-situ leaching of uranium a green and environment protection mining method.
