钎杆结构与抗疲劳寿命研究

    STUDY ON ROD STRUCTURE AND ANTI-FATIGUE LIFE

    • 摘要: 本文在钎杆失效性分析的基础上,运用力学原理,分析了钎杆的应力水平及其影响因素,结果表明,钎杆的应力水平与其外圆直径近似线性相关,增大钎杆的外圆直径有利于降低其应力水平。同时,结合材料的S—N曲线,运用电算程序,预估了钎杆的抗疲劳寿命。新型钎杆采用创新的薄壁管式结构,具有低应力、高抗断阻力特性,其抗疲劳性能显著提高。

       

      Abstract: Base on the mechanics theory and the analysis of disabled rods, the stress level of rod and its influential factories are analyzed in the paper. The results show that the stress level of rod is linear correlation with its ex-circle diameter, and enlarging the ex-circle diameter of rod is in favor of descends its stress level. At the same time, the anti-Fatigue life of rod is also predicted according to "S-N" curve and assembly program. The new-style rod innovatively adopts the thin-wall tubular structure, which is characteristic of the low stress and high anti broke resistance. So. it can achieve a high anti-fatigue life.
