基于C-D函数的资源开采业规模变动灰色预测与环境协调发展分析

    Resource extraction industry scale change grey forecast and with environmental coordinated development analysis based on Cobb-Douglas function

    • 摘要: 十二五规划纲要明确提出,要不断提高资源型企业的产出效率,同时兼顾对环境的影响,走低碳经济发展之路。本文通过C-D生产函数,利用固定资产净值、年职工人数、总产值等指标和2006~2010年统计数据,建立模型对资源开采业生产要素规模变动进行测度。发现该行业要素系数α+β>1,为递增报酬型;利用灰色关联度分析发现:资本要素与产值的关联度最高,因该优先投入,同时利用GM(1,1)模型对资源开采业未来2年的数据进行了预测;随着扩大规模有利的形式,资源开采业必须与环境责任紧密结合协调发展,不能顾此失彼。

       

      Abstract: Twelfth Five-Year Plan clearly raises that: resource-based enterprises should continuously improve the output efficiency, and take into account the impact on the environment, getting low carbon path of economic development. By Cobb-Douglas production function, we use net fixed assets, the annual number of employees, output and other indicators of resource extraction modeling to measure factors of production. found that: α+β>1 (Expand the scale of production is beneficial to increase the output)。With the gray analysis:Capital is the maximum value of the correlation;While taking advantage of GM (1,1) model of resource mining industry for the next 2 years of data to predict;As the scale advantage in the form of resource extraction must be closely coordinated with the development of environmental responsibility, not the other.
