Abstract: Because of continuously rising of the global oil price which leads to the voice "petrol-crisis"in our country.This paper puts forward my views to the "petrol-crisis"by the analyzes to the level of the main energy exploitingutilization rationthe current situation of the recovery ration and the reason of the rising oil price in the world.
