Abstract: The paper analyzes the forging of organization form under which coal enterprises of various sizes can cooperate effectively from the viewpoint of industrial structure adjustment and value chain of coal industry.The organization form is beneficial for large scale coal enterprise in terms of the development of coal based multiple industrial chains,the adjustment of product structure,centralization and input of limited resources to the core link of value chain of coal industry to creatc most added value.It is also beneficial for overcoming the over scattering and over competition of coal industry,improvement of the concentration,realization of effective competition of coal industry,the micro control on coal industry by the government and also the improvement of international competition power of China's coal industry.
