Abstract: Based on the case from Minmetals,this paper is to explore the economic diplomacy mechanism in enterprise level.The Results show that,First of all,the governments influence business globalization strategy through relevant regulatory authorities and policies,thereby affecting the economic activities of enterprises;Second,the state-owned status and political factors will affect the implementation of the enterprise’s global business strategy;In addition,companies also use lobbying,media and other political and diplomatic means to influence government decisions.
