后金融危机时代中国对东盟能源投资的障碍及对策

Research on the energy investment obstacles and countermeasures from China to ASEAN after the financial crisis

摘要: 中国的能源资源有限,需要加强对东盟能源的投资。研究发现,无论从能源投资领域还是从能源投资规模来看,中国越来越注重对东盟能源的投资。然而,在后金融危机时代中国对东盟能源投资仍然存在障碍,如政治互信不够、东盟传统能源数量在减少、技术水平不高以及能源投资领域相对狭窄。因此,需要加强政治互信;加强对东盟传统能源的投资;加强技术研发,提升技术水平;加强对东盟新能源领域的投资,拓宽投资领域,从而解决障碍。

Abstract: The energy resources are limited in China,it needs to strengthen energy investment on ASEAN.We found that,in terms of energy investment field or from the energy investment scale,it pays more and more attention to the ASEAN energy investment for China.However,there are many obstacles in energy investment from China to ASEAN after the financial crisis.Such as,the political mutual trust is not enough,the traditional energy decrease in the quantity for ASEAN,technical level is not high and the energy investment field is relatively narrow.Therefore,it needs to strengthen political mutual trust;strengthen traditional energy investment in ASEAN;strengthen technical research and development to promote the technical level;strengthen the new energy investments in ASEAN,expand the area of investment,so as to solve the obstacles.
