Abstract: Mining ecological environmental culture is a branch of ecological environmental culture and is a primary cluture in the sustainable development of mining city, with green mine as its character, aiming at the harmonious of humankind and mine resource and their sustainable development. It must be innovated in system, substance and spirit in order to built a new system of mining resource exploitation.
