Abstract:
As talents are the core competitiveness of geological prospecting units,its development level determines the status of the geological prospecting units in the market competition.Furthermore,we need to acknowledgetheir level to reserve their reform and development.On the basis of analyzing the national geological exploration industry related data,this paper has built an index evaluation system,which includes the proportions of the geological exploration workers,technicians and on-the-job personnel,by using the cluster analysis to adjust index relativity and range method to calculate the index weight.Then we compare and analyze their talent developmentlevels during 2011~2014,and find the questions blocking the geological exploration units' transformation and upgrading,such as age structure aging,on-the-job worker's heavy burden,the lack of professional and technical personnel,and the lack of advanced talent incentive mechanism.
