Abstract: There are rich resources of oil and gas in Kazakstan,Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. They are attracting investment enthusiasm of a large number of multinational companies in the world in the base of the global oil economy developing and the scarcity of energy increasing rapidly. The three Central Asian countries will be oil and gas production and exports as a central strategy for economic development after adopted by the experiences from rich resources countries. As a result, it is important of us to analyse the current cooperation situation of the three Central Asian countries. And we can study the prospects for co-operation with China.
