天然及改性膨润土对重金属废水处理效果的试验研究

    EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TREATMENT EFFECT OF Pb2+、Cu2+ WASTE WATER BY BENTONITE AND MODIFIED BENTONITE

    • 摘要: 研究了膨润土及改性膨润土对水中Pb2+、Cu2+的吸附作用,改性膨润土的吸附效果明显优于天然膨润土。废水在吸附温度为30℃,pH为6,Pb2+、Cu2+的初始浓度25mg/L,吸附剂的用量为15g/l,吸附时间45min的条件下,改性膨润土对Pb2+、Cu2+去除率分别达到97.3%和98.2%,吸附后Pb2+、Cu2+残留浓度低于国家规定的排放标准。

       

      Abstract: The adsorption of bentonite and modified bentonite for Pb2+、Cu2+ was researched in this paper.The result show that adsorption ability of modified bentonite is good comparing with bentonite.The removal ratio of Pb2+、Cu2+ by modified bentonite can reach greater on 97.3%\98.2% under following conditions:temperature is 30;pHis6;initial concentration is 25mg/L;dosage of modified bentonite is 15mg/l;the adsorption time is 45min.The residual concentration of Pb2+、Cu2+ is less than the national effluent concentration.
