We should recognize that the current our country faced severe energy situation,and fully realize the importance of energy work. Aiming at problems existing in the energy field, establish and perfect our energy security system from perfecting relevant legislation, reforming the management system and under the guidance of the legal standard in the development of energy technology,optimizing the allocation of resources, strengthening international cooperation,and so on.
