综放工作面粉尘浓度分布规律的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of distribution regularities of dust concentration in fully mechanized top-coal caving face

摘要: 根据综放工作面的具体特点和实测数据,运用气固两相流动理论,建立综采工作面粉尘运动的数学模型.采用计算流体力学的FLUENT软件,对工作面的粉尘浓度分布进行数值模拟,模拟结果与实测数据相吻合。模拟显示:粉尘产生后,多数随风流在煤壁一侧运动,少数粉尘随机扩散。割煤是综放工作面内的最主要的尘源,移架、放顶次之,综放工作面的除尘重点应该放在采煤机下风向5~10m的煤壁一侧。Abstract: According to characteristics of fully mechanized top-coal caving face and related survey date, a mathematical model of dust movement was derived from gas-solid two-phase flow theory. Numerical simulation of the dust concentration was made with CFD software FLUENT. The result matches well with the related survey date and shows that most of the dust move with the wind and little disperses at random.Coal cutting is the most important source of dust. Advacing support and top-coal drawing is of the second and third importance. Dust control in fully mechanized top-coal caving face should focus on the place downwind the coal mining machine between 5 and 10 m.
