Abstract: Basing on present conditions of going-abroad of Yunnan mining industry,this paper analyzes its necessity and significance,elaborates its historical opportunity and superiority,and mainly inquires into its ways.The author coniders that the optimum country of going-abroad of Yunnan mining industry is Vietnam、Laos、Burma、Thailand and Cambodia in Middle-South peninsula,and proposes the main measures and suggestions in the end.
