棒磨机模拟计算的新方法——转换系数法

    A NEW METHDD FOR ROD MILL ANALOG CALCULATION-THE CONVERSION COEFFICIENT METHOD

    • 摘要: 本文用量细分析法得出棒磨功指数WIR、棒磨机比生产率q及能量效率e间存在转换关系,并用新组装的一套新型矿石可磨度测定装置进行试验,证明了该转换关系的存在一建立了以转换系数为基准的棒磨机模拟计算新方法,该算法较其它等法精确,简便易行。

       

      Abstract: This paper shows the conversion relations between red mill work index WIR, specific productivity q and energy efficiency e. The relations were gotten with demensional analysis. The existence of theconversion relations had heen proved by testing with a set of new ore grindability measuring devices. Anew method for rod mill analog calcuation based on the conversion coefficient had been built.
