准直孔掏槽爆破技术在正兴矿的应用

    Application of technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting in Zhengxing coal mine

    • 摘要: 为了提高正兴煤矿的岩巷掘进速度,应用准直孔掏槽技术,针对岩层状况,设计了新的爆破方案,试验结果表明:①炮孔数量得到大幅度减少;②爆破进尺显著提高,循环进尺都在1.84 m以上,炮孔利用率提高到了92%以上;③炸药单耗下降了25%;④巷道成型较好,眼痕率明显提高,超欠挖现象很少见。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the speed of rock drivage in Zhengxing coal mine,technique of quasi-parallel cutting blasting is applied.New blasting schemes is designed according to the conditions of rock.The test results are as follow:① The number of blast holes makes considerable reduction;② Blasting footage is significantly improved,footage is above 1.84m with each repetition.Utilization ratio of blast hole brings up to 92%;③ There is a 25% decrease in explosive specific charge;④ Contour outline of roadway is better.There is a marked improvement in the rates of half-hole marks.Over-excavation and under-excavation phenomenon are seldom seen.
