OP乳化剂影响喷雾降尘效果实验

    Experiment of the influence effect dust reduction by spraying of OP emulsifier

    • 摘要: 利用自行设计制作的喷雾降尘实验装置,研究非离子表面活性剂OP乳化剂对喷雾降尘效果的影响。结果表明,对于粒径小于75μm的煤尘,降尘水中添加OP乳化剂,降尘效率比纯水高22.9%,且对不同浓度煤尘的沉降效果影响较大。研究结论可为煤矿井下喷雾降尘工作提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The effects of the dust reduction by spraying of op emulsifier are investigated using the self-designed dust reduction by spraying experimental equipment. The results show that the dust reduction efficiency of adding OP emulsifier is 22.9% higher than that of water for the mine dust with the particle diameter less than 75μm,and the effects of the dust reduction are very great for the different concentration mine dust. Research result are reference for perfecting the dust reduction by spraying working in the coal mine.
