Abstract:
Differential Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (D-InSAR), which allows to analysis very small ground movement and to cover in continuity large areas, and with the advantage of high-accuracy, high-resolution, all-weather, low-cost and covered inaccessible area, has turned out to be a very useful technique for detecting of ground movement. Therefore, it has been widely used for geological hazard investigating on subsidence, landslide, earthquake and volcanic activity. In this paper, D-InSAR techniques has been used to identify and monitor the landslide moving in wide area of certain hydropower reservoir in Jinsha river. Five SAR acquisitions (L-band, HH-polarized) are acquired from PALSAR Sensor of ALOS satellite. Two-Pass and Three-Pass method of D-InSAR technique was used to derived the 368 days (2007-07-12-2008-07-14) and the 92 days (2008-01-12-2008-04-13) detail moving displacement map, the displacement result vividly illustrates the various positions displacement state of the study area in the study time period, the potentially moving landslide areas and landslide hazard areas can then be identified by the analysis and comparison of two differential study time period. At the same time, No.L1R-6 landslide in active state was researched in detail and the same deforming tendency with the Global Positioning System(GPS) monitoring result is obtained.
