Abstract: In this paper, Luan Coal Mine Group, often described the introduction of mobile applications coal mine rescue chamber, construction of a fixed basic idea of refuge chamber, specific practices, standardized processes, features, through the improvement of monitoring and control, personnel locate the emergency, the wind pressure self-help, water rescue and communications liaison six systems, built to explore the source of the prevention, process control, safety protection, emergency rescue of new mine safety management system of scientific way.
