改进型中长锚杆在山东小官庄铁矿软弱围岩中的支护工艺研究

    Research in supporting technology of improved medium-and-long anchor in soft-and-broken rock of Xiaoguanzhuang iron ore

    • 摘要: 随着小官庄铁矿开采范围的扩大和开采深度的增加,在地压增高、各采区相互间的采动影响也日趋加深、深部矿岩稳定性差的情况下,原有支护不能满足巷道稳定的要求,致使巷道变形,严重阻碍了生产的进行。本文针对该矿高应力区软弱破碎围岩的特点,结合理论分析和试验比较,对原支护存在的缺陷和巷道失稳的机理进行分析,针对原支护存在的问题,在材料、工艺、支护参数等多方面对中长锚杆工艺进行改进。新型中长锚杆支护在小官庄铁矿中的应用,提高了支护的效果,改善了围岩受力状态,减少了材料浪费,大大提高了经济效益。

       

      Abstract: With the mining expansion and the mining depth of Xiaoguanzhuang iron ore increasing,the pressure in the mining area increased, the impact between every mining area became increasingly deepened and the situation of deep mine got worse and worse.Original supporting can not meet the requirements of the stability of roadway.These resulted in subside and deformation of roadway,and severely impeded production. In this paper,for the characteristics of the weak rock in the mine area of high stress, with theoretical analysis and experimental comparison, we analysis the defect of original supporting and the mechanism in instability of roadway. In connection with the problem of original supporting,we improve the supporting technology of medium-and-long anchor from materials, processes, supporting parameters, etc. The application of new medium-and-long anchor in the Xiaoguanzhuang iron ore improved the effectiveness of supporting, improved the stress state of rock,reduce the waste of material,and increase the economic benefits greatly.
